Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hatt Mughes!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pegasus closes the distance and clinches up with Mughes, looking for a takedown. Pegasus pushes Mughes against the cage but Mughes circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mughes cracks Pegasus with a good jab.

It looks like Dexter Pegasus has been cut.
Pegasus is looking to clinch but Mughes is avoiding it.
Pegasus tries a head kick but it misses.
Pegasus wants to clinch.
Pegasus tries to clinch there but Mughes circles away.

Pegasus gets a clinch.
Pegasus throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Mughes breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mughes missing with a left hand there. Pegasus was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
The fight stays on the outside here - Pegasus looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pegasus tries to clinch up but Mughes circles away and keeps his distance.
Mughes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
A head kick misses from Pegasus.

An inside leg kick lands from Pegasus.
Pegasus is looking to clinch.
Pegasus tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mughes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mughes swinging wilding here.
Pegasus shoots for a double leg takedown but Mughes sprawls well. He's pushed Pegasus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dexter Pegasus. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mughes swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pegasus wants to clinch up but Mughes keeps it at a distance.
Mughes tries to bum rush Pegasus with a series of wild strikes but Pegasus uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pegasus misses with a series of wild punches.
Pegasus tries to close the distance and clinch but Mughes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pegasus tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mughes swivels and escapes.
Pegasus is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Mughes keeps the fight on the outside.

Mughes closes the distance and clinches.
Pegasus can't break the clinch.
Mughes is looking to break free of the clinch but Pegasus has double underhooks.

Mughes breaks from the clinch.
Pegasus tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mughes swivels and escapes.
Mughes misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pegasus looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mughes is fending him off so far but Pegasus persists. Nope, Mughes circles away and we're back to standing.
Pegasus darts in trying to clinch
and Mughes counters with a head kick from the bowels of hell that crumples Pegasus! This one is all over!
