These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Jackson.
Rabenu keeps the fight on the outside.

Rabenu throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Jackson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rabenu is in Jackson's guard.
Jackson manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Rabenu manages to get himself to full guard.

Rabenu wants to stand up but Jackson is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rabenu wants to hit a switch here but Jackson passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Rabenu there!

Rabenu tries to hold on but Jackson postures up.

Jackson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Rabenu has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Rabenu!

Rabenu postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Jackson covers up, he's hurt! Rabenu keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Rabenu and the ref steps in to end the fight! Rabenu can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
