The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Cullen, right into the meat.
Cullen moves in looking to clinch but Ratliff pushes him off.
Cullen tries to close the distance and clinch but Ratliff swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ratliff is looking for a counter combo.
Cullen misses with a head kick.
Cullen wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Ratliff has Cullen pressed against the cage, preventing Cullen from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've been informed that Cullen has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Cullen ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Cullen moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Ratliff! Cullen continues to tee off on Ratliff, landing with a left and a right! Cullen connects with a right hand that leaves Ratliff sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Cullen!
