Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Patrick Alders and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souwer leaves Mother with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Souwer throws out a powerful jab.
Souwer scores with a push kick.
Souwer throws a head kick that Mother semi-blocks.

It looks like Fuckya Mother has been cut.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Souwer is trying to force a seperation but Mother has the dominant position.
Souwer tries to circle away but Mother has him pinned against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Souwer wants to break the clinch but can't.
Souwer has had enough of the clinch but Mother keeps him there for the moment.
Mother with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Mother jumps guard but Souwer stands there with Mother around his waist. Mother gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Souwer wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mother has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Mother keeps control of Souwer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Mother jumps guard and drags Souwer to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Souwer must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Souwer is looking to stand up but Mother won't let him.

Mother is looking to cinch up a triangle. Souwer throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Mother's body to avoid the submission. Mother has instead reached around Souwer's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Mother arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
