Ortiz comes to the cage accompanied by Face the pain - Steem. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch up but Ortiz circles away and keeps his distance.
Nice takedown defense from Ortiz. No joy for Silva on that attempt.

Ortiz closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Silva to the mat! Silva manages to get full guard.
Ortiz stands up over Silva, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Silva has his foot on Ortiz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ortiz works his way back into a safe position though.
