The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bartholemew takes the fight into the clinch.
Vulicevic goes for a takedown attempt but Bartholemew pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Vulicevic fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Bartholemew is looking to clinch but Vulicevic is avoiding it.
Vulicevic shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bartholemew as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adnan Vulicevic. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Vulicevic closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Bartholemew avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Vulicevic can't keep his opponent in guard - Bartholemew advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bartholemew is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Vulicevic doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Bartholemew.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bartholemew uses his free foot to push down on Vulicevic's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Vulicevic.
Bartholemew tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Bartholemew punching from mount but Vulicevic doing a good job of avoiding damage.

Vulicevic tries to control Bartholemew's body but Bartholemew pushes him off. Vulicevic squirms to his side and now Bartholemew has his back!

Bartholemew somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.

Vulicevic is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Bartholemew gets his way!

Vulicevic won't enjoy being in this position. Bartholemew looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Vulicevic is tapping - it's over boys! Bartholemew picks up the submission victory!
