The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Ariyoshi or perhaps it was just good defense by Fast which made him look bad.
Ariyoshi ducks straight into an uppercut from Fast and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Ariyoshi maanges to regain guard straight away.

Ariyoshi is rocked!

It looks like George Ariyoshi has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ariyoshi looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Ariyoshi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fast's waist but Fast gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ariyoshi off to one side.
Fast throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ariyoshi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ariyoshi is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fast cracks Ariyoshi with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Fast has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ariyoshi to stand back up!
Oh Ariyoshi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ariyoshi moves out of range as Fast strikes.
Fast looks to land a left hand but Ariyoshi moved out of range nicely.
Ariyoshi avoids the body shot from Fast.
Fast throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ariyoshi seems to have got his legs back now.
Ariyoshi leaves his chin hanging out and Fast seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Ariyoshi crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
