Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyle Alzado (ranked 836 p4p, 95 weight class) and Quetzal Montezuma (ranked 518 p4p, 50 weight class). Montezuma has chosen The Mayan Predator as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Quetzal Montezuma!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alzado takes a swing at Montezuma's ribcage but misses.
Alzado misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Alzado takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Alzado throws a right hand that misses
and Montezuma finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Alzado misses with an uppercut
and Montezuma counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Montezuma feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Alzado sprawling to the canvas! Alzado rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Montezuma finish him?!
Alzado is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Montezuma dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Alzado is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Alzado rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Montezuma counters with a slapping leg kick.
Alzado is breathing heavily.
BAM! Montezuma delivers a spinning backfist that drops Alzado like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Spinning Backfist). Quetzal Montezuma!
Our winner, Quetzal Montezuma, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
