The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez slips under a jab from Yourself.
Yourself tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Alvarez was well out of range. Poor timing from Yourself.
Alvarez tries to counter by clinching up but Yourself breaks away and moves out of range.
Nice defenses there by Alvarez.
Alvarez seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Yourself slips under a jab.
Yourself ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Alvarez moves away.
As Yourself tries to get set, Alvarez tries to push him back and clinch up but Yourself manages to avoid the attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Yourself lands a big uppercut and Alvarez crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Alvarez looks OK. Yourself waves Alvarez back to his feet!
