Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zombe fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Buckley sprawls well initially but Zombe persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zombe is thwarting Buckley's attempts to control the position.
Zombe is taking a breather. Buckley says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Zombe's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Zombe throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Buckley avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Zombe.
Zombe thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Buckley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zombe on the ground.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zombe is trying to get an arm triangle but Buckley is defending well.
Zombe working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
The referee asks Zombe politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Zombe prefers to stall for the moment though.
Zombe has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Zombe postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Zombe passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Buckley!

Zombe tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Buckley is trying to reverse the position but instead Zombe has taken his back - oops!

Buckley is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Buckley rolls, trying to escape but Zombe keeps control of the position.
Can Buckley hold on?! Zombe is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Buckley covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
Buckley trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Buckley won't enjoy being in this position. Zombe looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Buckley is tapping - it's over boys! Zombe picks up the submission victory!
