Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Franky Stanky (ranked 2496 p4p, 277 weight class) and Joe Lugg (ranked 3997 p4p, 396 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joe Lugg!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stanky stuffs the takedown.
Stanky works the jab nicely.
Lugg closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Lugg looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Stanky gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Stanky throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Luggs head.
Lugg is rocked!
Stanky lands a hook to the side of the head.
Lugg is still on wobbly legs! Can Stanky finish him?
Stanky lands a body punch.
Lugg's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Lugg is looking to take this one to the mat.
Stanky is leaning against Lugg and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Stanky lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Lugg backwards.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lugg wants to take the fight to the mat but Stanky manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Franky Stanky has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Lugg.
Stanky throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Luggs head.
Lugg can't get the takedown.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Stanky.
Stanky throws a big uppercut that drops Lugg! More strikes from Stanky and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Lugg lies dazed against the cage as Stanky celebrates with his cornermen!
