Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parent tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fermazi paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Parent throws a nice looking combination but Fermazi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Fermazi instigates a clinch.
Fermazi lands with a right to the head.
Fermazi digs a right hand underneath Parent's ribcage. Parent let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Fermazi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Parent avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Parent swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
No joy there for Parent, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Parent closes the distance looking to clinch
and Fermazi counters with a thumping low kick.
Parent misses with a takedown attempt
and Fermazi counters with a good low kick that Parent was not able to check.
Parent is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Fermazi breaks the clinch.
Fermazi moves into the clinch successfully.
Fermazi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fermazi feints and then cracks Parent's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Parent down.
Fermazi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fermazi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fermazi has managed to clinch.
Fermazi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Parent fails with the takedown
and Fermazi counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Vladameir Fermazi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Parent avoids the head kick by Fermazi.
Nathan Parent seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fermazi lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Parent crumples to the floor! Fermazi milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
