Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Sam Margolis and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Johnson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Johnson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stallone.
Stallone takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Johnson misses with a leg kick.

Johnson has managed to clinch.
Stallone takes a shot to the head.
Johnson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Stallone backwards.

Johnson breaks from the clinch.

and Stallone counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stallone thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Johnson's head.
Johnson tries to kick Stallone off but Stallone keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Stallone decides to stand and escape the position.
Stallone takes one to the side of the head.

No luck for Stallone with that takedown attempt.
Johnson throws a right and a left that Stallone avoids nicely.
Johnson tried to score with a low kick but Stallone checks it.
Johnson misses with a two punch combination.
Johnson throws a right hand that Stallone ducks under and follows up with a left that Stallone also avoids with ease.
Stallone dives in and grabs Johnson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Johnson pushes down on Stallone's head and hops out.
Stallone tries to score a power double leg takedown but Johnson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Stallone somewhat.
Manny Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Stallone.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Stallone.
Johnson misses with an attempted mid kick.
Stallone unleashes a big counter combination but Johnson bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Johnson connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Stallone fails to land the takedown.

Johnson tests Stallone's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Johnson looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Stallone tries for a takedown but Johnson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Stallone looks winded!

Johnson rushes Stallone and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Johnson lands the left hand.
Stallone shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Johnson clinches.
Johnson is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Stallone drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Johnson gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Johnson lands with a short shot to the head.

A nice left hand lands by Johnson.
Johnson throws a punch but it's blocked by Stallone.
Johnson lands with a short shot to the head.
Johnson lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Stallone tries to pull guard but Johnson holds him up against the cage and eventually Stallone drops back down to his feet.
We've been informed that Stallone has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Johnson lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Johnson breaks the clinch.
Stallone has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Stallone there as he acknowledges the shot.

Stallone is rocked!
Johnson throws a leg kick which misses Stallone's front leg but catches the back leg as Stallone tries to avoid it.
A nice combination there by Johnson.
Stallone is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Johnson moves into the clinch.
Johnson lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Johnson misses with a hook from the clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Stallone wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Johnson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Stallone seems to have recovered his senses.
Johnson tries to clinch there but Stallone circles away.
Johnson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stallone.

Johnson drops Stallone with a beautiful combination! Stallone stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Johnson is looking for the KO!

It looks like Frank Stallone has been cut.
Manny Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Johnson closes the distance and clinches.

Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Johnson lands with a big left! Stallone is wobbled badly! Johnson comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Stallone to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Manny Johnson!
