And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lawrence shoots in and drives through. Mynzek sprawls well.
Trent Lawrence seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lawrence looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A head kick misses from Lawrence.
Mynzek shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lawrence pinned against the cage. Lawrence gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and Mynzek counters with a left and a right that stings Lawrence.
Mezar Mynzek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Trent Lawrence.
Mynzek shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lawrence as he avoids it easily.

Mynzek bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Lawrence is trying to control Mynzek's posture but Mynzek avoids it.
Mynzek trying to control the position but Lawrence is working away.

Lawrence tries to escape back to his feet but Mynzek has kept hold of him... Oh, now he's got Lawrence's back and is looking for the choke... Is it? Is it sunk in? YES! Lawrence is tapping! Mynzek saw the opportunity and took it - ruthless!
