Necktie comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Enigma - Return To Innocence kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Necktie changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Steele looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Steele is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Necktie is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Necktie is thwarting Steele's attempts to control the position.
Steele is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Necktie is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Steele is trying to get back to full guard.
Steele flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Steele is not content to let Necktie control the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
The fighters circling - Necktie throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Ben Steele seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Steele swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Necktie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Steele's waist but Steele gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Necktie off to one side.

Steele is looking to take a break and control but Necktie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
