The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frost closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Whitney to the mat! Whitney manages to get full guard.
Frost stops Whitney from standing up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Frost slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Frost stands and steps away. Whitney gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Frost shoots in and bounces Whitney off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Frost gets to his feet and stands over Whitney, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Whitney felt that one! Frost unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Whitney from any more punishment!
