Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Troy Niklas (ranked 1693 p4p, 185 weight class) and Jolly James (ranked 7689 p4p, 602 weight class). Niklas's entrance music is Pretty Fly (For a White Guy) by The Offspring. A fine choice. James is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sea of Lies by Symphony X. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

James tries to keep at a distance but Niklas has taken the fight into the clinch.
Niklas dodges an elbow strike from James.

James throws a knee to the head but misses.
James takes a shot to the head.

James blocks an uppercut.
Niklas lands a shoulder strike.
Niklas lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
James wants to stall.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Niklas creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
James is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Niklas is defending well for now.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
James is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.

Niklas breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks James with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! James looks like he might be in big trouble here! The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. James get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? No, he's flopped back to the mat - he's out - this one is all over!
