Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stan Sanchez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mark Angelo Nambatac!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Nambatac slips a straight right by Sanchez.
The fighters circling - Sanchez throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
As Sanchez backs off Nambatac throws a huge counter combo but Sanchez manages to avoid it all.
Sanchez misses with an uppercut. Nambatac saw that one coming.
Nambatac has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Nambatac should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Nambatac uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sanchez.
Sanchez swings for the body but Nambatac moves out of range.
Sanchez backing away here, and Nambatac unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Sanchez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sanchez swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sanchez misses with a low kick.
Sanchez has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Sanchez throws a lazy right hand but Nambatac sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Nambatac misses with a wild body shot.
Nambatac throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sanchez.
Nambatac fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Sanchez throws a poor cross that misses
and Nambatac makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Nambatac misses the shot to the body.
Nambatac throws a quick inside leg kick.
Nambatac misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sanchez.
Sanchez misses with a body shot.
Sanchez lands a jab to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sanchez misses with a looping right.
Sanchez tries to bum rush Nambatac with a series of wild strikes but Nambatac uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Sanchez thows a leg kick but Nambatac checks it
and Nambatac counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Sanchez misses with an uppercut. Nambatac saw that one coming.
Sanchez takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Nambatac throws a big shot that misses.
Nambatac on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Sanchez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nambatac moves away from the strike by Sanchez.
Nambatac misses with a hook. Sanchez ducked under it nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Sanchez. Those never looked like landing.
Sanchez misses with a double jab
and Nambatac counters with an outside leg kick.
Sanchez is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nambatac lands with a nice body punch.

Nambatac looks low and kicks high, catching Sanchez right on the side of the head, sending him crashing to the canvas! Will he be able to beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's already back to his feet and ready to go! Let's see if he's still with it!

Oh Sanchez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Nambatac! This one is all over!
