Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maximus Manhoef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soul Crew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manhoef's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Minowaman Style. Crew has chosen blebird as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Manhoef throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Crew tries to clinch up.

Crew closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Manhoef to the mat! Manhoef manages to get full guard.
Manhoef looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Crew must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Manhoef had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Crew is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Manhoef Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Crew's back instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Crew is really stuck here.
Crew rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Manhoef scores with a hook to the body. Crew takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Crew gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Manhoef throws a right and a left that Crew avoids nicely.
A punch lands to the side of Crew 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Manhoef lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Crew is rocked!
Manhoef lands with a big right hook that stumbles Crew - he's out on his feet here! Manhoef follows up with another monster hook that separates Crew from consciousness! Crew falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Manhoef stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
