Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between CM Yaj (ranked 3104 p4p, 354 weight class) and Tyson Dyson (ranked 4848 p4p, 503 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yaj stalks Dyson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Dyson's face. Dyson staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Tyson Dyson has been cut.
Dyson shoots and misses
and Yaj counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Dyson doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Yaj connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Dyson has his takedown stuffed
and Yaj makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
CM Yaj has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyson Dyson.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Yaj rattles Dyson with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Dyson tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Yaj dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Dyson stiff and motionless on the mat!
