Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zerk Manboy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
20 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Duncan The Tall!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Tall lands with a nice combination. Manboy backs away looking to recover.
Manboy looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
The Tall throws a right hand that Manboy ducks under and follows up with a left that Manboy also avoids with ease.
A combination from The Tall does no damage.
Manboy misses with the combination.
The Tall lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The Tall connects with a crisp jab.
The Tall slips under a jab from Manboy.
A jab lands there for The Tall.
Manboy takes one on the button.
The Tall works Manboy's body with a nice hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The Tall lands with a nice combination. Manboy backs away looking to recover.
Manboy is rocked!
The Tall's jab looks to have found its range, popping Manboy under the eye.
Oh Manboy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Manboy seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
The Tall lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Manboy head around and knocks him out cold! The Tall hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Duncan The Tall!
An out of breath Duncan The Tall thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
