The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanaka misses the jab.
Tanaka jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Tanaka has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Hurley closes the distance and pushes Tanaka back into the cage.

Hurley lands a right hook to the body.
Hurley thows a body kick. Tanaka tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Hurley ducks right into an uppercut from Tanaka.
Tanaka doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hurley throws a shot to the body.
Tanaka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hurley moves away.
Hurley throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Some wild striking there from Hurley.
Tanaka takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Hurley cracks Tanaka with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Tanaka looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Hurley finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hurley steps in with a hook that catches Tanaka right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Hurley follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Tanaka looks absolutely devastated.
