Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kevy Balls (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miles DAvis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). DAvis is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Miles DAvis - someday my prince will come. Kevy Balls had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Miles DAvis!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Balls tries to land a front kick but DAvis steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

DAvis drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
DAvis working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Balls is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Balls will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
DAvis is stalling in the full guard.
Let's hope that DAvis has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Balls really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
DAvis postures up in Balls's guard and throws a big left but Balls blocks it.
DAvis stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Balls swivels though and keeps the full guard.
DAvis wants to control from the top but Balls keeps moving.

Balls is trying to keep DAvis in close.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

DAvis scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

DAvis is working for a kimura but Balls is defending it quite comfortably.
Balls trying to hold on to DAvis's head to control him but DAvis postures up.

DAvis is working for an americana but Balls has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst DAvis was thinking about the submission.

DAvis drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and DAvis jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

and DAvis decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Balls's guard.
DAvis sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Balls's guard.
