Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Abdul Farooqi (ranked 5042 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammed Jonhson (ranked 3287 p4p, 0 weight class). Mohammed Jonhson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jonhson.
Jonhson tries to clinch but Farooqi is having none of it.
Jonhson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Farooqi tries to avoid it but Jonhson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Farooqi to the ground. Farooqi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Farooqi connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Farooqi darts in and clinches Jonhson up against the cage.

Farooqi turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Farooqi working the strikes but Jonhson uses the opportunity to regain half guard.
Jonhson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Farooqi's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Farooqi's back!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jonhson is looking to control Farooqi but Farooqi is wriggling around and keeping busy.

Farooqi is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Jonhson gets his way!
Farooqi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jonhson on the ground.
Jonhson wants to control but Farooqi is keeping busy.

Jonhson has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Farooqi is defending well but eventually Jonhson manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Farooqi has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
