The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Roosmalen closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Van Roosmalen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Van Roosmalen wants it to stay on the feet.
Van Roosmalen appears to be looking for a big counter.
Banks fails to land the takedown.
Banks tries for a takedown but Van Roosmalen circles away easily
and Van Roosmalen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Van Roosmalen seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Banks shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Van Roosmalen but Van Roosmalen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
