The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovalenko looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Dorn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kovalenko circles away quickly and effectively.
Dorn on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Dorn closes the distance and clinches.
Dorn can't break the clinch.

Dorn breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dorn avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Dorn throws a right hand that misses
and Kovalenko counters with a three punch combo that has Dorn backing up. Dorn nods at Kovalenko to acknowledge the strikes.
A combination from Kovalenko does no damage.
Kovalenko misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
It looked like Dorn was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Kovalenko looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Dorn drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Kovalenko right on the button. Kovalenko goes down! Dorn follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Dorn gets the win via TKO!
