The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Horror misses its intended target.
Horror throws a hook to the side of Madden's head but Madden sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Madden tries to counter by clinching up but Horror breaks away and moves out of range.
Horror tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Madden was well out of range. Poor timing from Horror.
The fighters circling - Horror throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rocky Horror seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horror looks to score with a jab to the body but Madden is just out of range.
Horror thows a left - swing and a miss!

Madden tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Horror manages to circle out of the way.
Madden bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Horror has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Madden is landing a low percentage of strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Horror misses with a hook.
As Horror tries to get set, Madden tries to push him back and clinch up but Horror manages to avoid the attempt.
Madden throws a series of punches but Horror moves out of range.
Madden could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Horror closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Madden wants to get back to his feet.
Horror is nestled in close to Madden, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Madden is rocked!
Horror lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Madden quite badly. Madden pulls Horror in close trying to recover. Horror postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Madden on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Madden doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rocky Horror!
Rocky Horror spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
