Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Altoo Muca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Cash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeff Cash is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Altoo Muca!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jeff Cash!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cash gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Cash lands a knee to the body.
Cash tries to land knees in the clinch but Muca avoids the damage to the body.
Muca wants to get back to striking at distance but Cash won't allow it.

Cash pulls guard successfully.
Cash keeping moving, preventing Muca from controlling successfully.
Muca won't allow Cash to sweep him here.

Cash looking for a guillotine here but Muca defends easily.
Cash wants to sweep here but Muca controlling him for the moment.
Muca wants to control from the top but Cash keeps moving.
Cash wants to sweep here but Muca controlling him for the moment.
Cash lands an upkick as Muca stands over him.

Muca trying to control but Cash is working from the bottom.
Cash is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Muca wants to control but Cash is keeping busy.

Cash is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Muca sees it coming and defends easily.

Cash is working for a kimura but Muca is defending it quite comfortably.
Cash thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Muca's head.
Muca wants to improve his position but Cash is controlling well.
Cash stops Muca from getting back to his feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Cash landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Muca is looking for a sweep. Cash is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Cash is thwarting Muca's attempts to control the position.
Cash thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Muca's head.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Muca is trying to control but can't.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Muca throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Cash gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Muca tries to bum rush Cash with a series of wild strikes but Cash uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cash is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Muca.

Cash closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Cash connects with a nasty looking knee right to Muca's face.
Cash lands a nice knee to the body.
Muca is breathing heavily.
Muca wants to break free but Cash has control.
Cash is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Cash lands a knee to the body.
Muca avoids the elbow strike from Cash, against the cage.
Stalling in the clinch from Cash.
Cash lands an elbow inside.
Muca avoids a wild elbow strike from Cash.

Muca pulls guard.
Muca working a defensive guard here.
Muca utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Cash with a flurry of punches that miss.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cash accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Cash is fighting to break Muca's control of his arms but Muca is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Muca not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Muca keeping moving, preventing Cash from controlling successfully.
Cash stands up over Muca, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Muca throws a hook but Cash blocks it.
Muca pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Muca looks to throw the jab but Cash is out of range.
Cash lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Muca circles away quickly and effectively.
Cash misses with a wild body shot.
Cash swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Muca has a takedown stuffed.

Cash rushes Muca and presses him up against the cage.
Cash will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Muca up against the cage.
Muca blocks an elbow strike from Cash.
Cash crunches a lovely knee into Muca's ribcage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jeff Cash dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Muca defending well as Cash loads up on a big left hand.
Muca takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Muca.
Muca misses with a few strikes there.
Muca on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Cash swings for the body but Muca moves out of range.
Cash looks to land a body kick but Muca moved away.
Jeff Cash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Muca scores with a jab to the head.
Cash throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Muca sees it coming and avoids it easily.
The fighters circling - Cash throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Cash closes this distance looking for a takedown but Muca circles away.
A slow jab from Muca misses its intended target.
Muca missing with a left hand there. Cash was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Cash uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Muca.
Cash feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Muca's calf.
Muca takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cash thumps Muca with a low kick.
The crowd cheers as Cash lands an impressive looking overhand right. Muca doesn't seem phased though.

Cash shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Cash showed some decent athleticism there.

Cash working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Muca is trying to maintain the position but Cash is very close to passing his half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cash connects with a nice short shot to Muca's temple.

Cash with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Cash thows a huge punch but Muca dodges it nicely.
Cash is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Muca has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Cash is working away from the top position though.
Cash is nestled in close to Muca, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Muca is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Cash scores with a couple of nice shots.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Cash lands a nice short elbow.
Cash wants to lay and pray for a moment but Muca keeps working.
Muca has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Cash is working away from the top position though.
Muca is looking to escape.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Cash is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Cash content to control rather than advance.
Muca on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cash looks up at the clock and then as Muca takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Cash smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Muca struggling a bit here.
Muca tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Muca takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Cash works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Cash creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Cash scores with a couple of short elbows.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jeff Cash showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Muca doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Cash moves into the clinch.

Cash has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Muca uses from the top position.
Muca wants to control from the top but Cash keeps moving.
Muca looking to pass the guard.
Cash is looking to sweep but instead, Muca has passed into half guard.
Cash is staying active underneath Muca, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
It looks like Muca is going to stand back up.
