Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dakota Bohi (ranked 1458 p4p, 180 weight class) and Jallu Pesonen (ranked 1952 p4p, 228 weight class). Pesonen has chosen DJ Orkidea - Joutsenlaulu as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dakota Bohi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jallu Pesonen!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pesonen pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Bohi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Pesonen misses with a double jab.
Bohi is looking for a counter combo.
Bohi misses with a looping left.
Pesonen looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Pesonen jabs at Bohi's body.
Bohi moves into the clinch successfully.
Pesonen jumps into guard, dragging Bohi to the mat.
Bohi decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Bohi takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bohi blocks the body kick.
A quick step to the side and Bohi tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pesonen misses with a body kick.
Bohi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bohi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Pesonen.
Bohi ducks under a wild hook from Pesonen.
Pesonen throws a shot from downtown. Bohi moves away and avoids it.
Bohi lands a nice shot to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A punch lands to the side of Pesonen 's head but he takes it in his stride.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pesonen on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Pesonen throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Bohi throws a solid leg kick but Pesonen takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Bohi.
Pesonen lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Pesonen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bohi.
Pesonen throws a right and a left that both miss.
A jab from Bohi does it's job there.
Pesonen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Pesonen drives through and clinches with Bohi against the cage.
Bohi misses with the head strike.
Pesonen misses with a short punch on the inside.
Pesonen misses with a hook from the clinch.
Bohi misses with the head strike.
Pesonen blocking some punches.
Bohi has a couple of punches blocked by Pesonen.
Pesonen working some nice short punches in the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pesonen throws a head punch that misses.
A head punch on the inside from Bohi fails to land.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bohi doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Pesonen misses with some punches.
Pesonen jumps guard and drags Bohi to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Pesonen has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Bohi should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Pesonen has tightened it up now! Bohi should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jallu Pesonen!
After the fight, Jallu Pesonen was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
