Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Valeri Chadov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wieczorek lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Ted Franks has been cut.
A punch combination from Wieczorek misses.
Franks misses with a low kick.
Wieczorek moves into the clinch successfully.
Franks really is a fat lump.
Franks is trying to break the clinch but Wieczorek has him pressed against the cage.
Franks is trying to push Wieczorek away but Wieczorek has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Wieczorek managing to block the knees to the body from Franks.
Wieczorek's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wieczorek connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Franks momentarily.
Franks with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Franks avoids the body shot from Wieczorek.
Wieczorek fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Franks takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Wieczorek lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wieczorek works the jab nicely.
Franks gets tackled into the cage by Wieczorek. Wieczorek maintains the clinch.
Franks can't get the takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Franks is trying to push Wieczorek away but Wieczorek has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Franks takes a shot to the head.
Franks is rocked!
Wieczorek makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Oh Franks is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Franks blocks an uppercut.
Wieczorek swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Wieczorek misses with a hook from the clinch.
Wieczorek pushes Franks against the cage. Wieczorek is working some dirty boxing. Wieczorek pushes off with a quick right hook! Franks goes down! Franks tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Wieczorek moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marek Wieczorek!
