Asznee comes into the arena with The Game blaring out of the sound system. Reid has chosen Living in America by James Brown as his entrance music. Apollo Reid acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reid lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Reid delivers a nice body kick.
Reid cracks Asznee with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
A punch combination from Reid misses.
Reid lands a jab.
Asznee takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Asznee will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Reid throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Reid ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Asznee is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Reid lands a right hook to the body.
Reid jabs Asznee to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Reid's jab looks to have found its range, popping Asznee under the eye.

Reid drops Asznee with a beautiful combination! Asznee stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Reid is looking for the KO!

Asznee is rocked!

It looks like Big Asznee has been cut.
Reid lands a nice looking kick to the body. Asznee takes a step back to recover.
Oh Asznee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Asznee glances at the clock... BAM! Reid nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Asznee crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Asznee is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
