PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Travis Mathews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mateusz Krolik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mathews has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Krolik drives through and clinches with Mathews against the cage.

Krolik is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Mathews can't fight it off and eventually Krolik manages to take the fight to the floor. Mathews looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Krolik wants to control from the top but Mathews keeps moving.
Krolik passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Mathews is trying to control Krolik's posture but Krolik avoids it.
Mathews is looking for a sweep.
Mathews is breathing heavily.
Krolik working away.

Krolik tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Krolik has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Krolik lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mathews down.

Krolik trying to control the action but Mathews is working from the bottom.
Mathews could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Mathews takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Krolik wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mathews, who protects the arm well.
Krolik wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mathews keeps working.

Krolik has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Mathews!
Mathews knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Krolik on the ground.
Krolik with a couple of short strikes.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Krolik! Mathews is hurt baaadly! Krolik is firing away with more strikes - Mathews is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
