Bholai comes into the arena with Stronger blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bholai gets full guard.

jackson has gone for a leg lock! Bholai slips out almost immediately though and dives into jackson's guard.

Bholai is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
jackson seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

jackson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bholai pinned against the cage. Bholai gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
The crowd cheers as jackson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bholai doesn't seem phased though.
Bholai throws a solid leg kick but jackson takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Bholai.

and jackson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Bholai jumps guard but jackson stands there with Bholai around his waist. Bholai gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Bholai is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. jackson can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Excellent takedown into side control there by jackson. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

I would just about give that final round to sucre jackson.
Well jackson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
