The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace tries to clinch
and Max counters with a stiff right hand.
Wallace darts in looking for a takedown but Max gets double underhooks and turns Wallace into the cage.
Max let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Max rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Max takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Pepsi Max has been cut.
Wallace tries to score a power double leg takedown but Max sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wallace somewhat.
Wallace tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A little jabbing left from Max on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Wallace tries to clinch there but Max circles away.
Max now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Wallace could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wallace takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wallace throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Wallace is looking to clinch.
Wallace misses with a takedown attempt - Max sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Wallace. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Max lands a really nice looking cross but Wallace seems unphased.
Wallace shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Max eats them both and turns towards Wallace to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Max connects with a looping right hand.

Oooooh!!! Wallace has knocked Max down with a huge combo! Wallace steps away and waves a wobbly Max back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Max is rocked!

That has opened up Pepsi Max's cut even more.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Max is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Wallace just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Max has gone limp and this one is over!
