The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Grant.
Grant throws a push kick but Lara slaps the foot to one side.
Grant throws a leg kick
and Lara counters with a left and a right that stings Grant.
Lara displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Lara looks for a takedown but Grant sprawls well.
Lara avoids the head kick by Grant.
Lara is looking to counter with head kicks.
Grant throws a front kick that sends Lara stumbling back into the cage.
Grant throws a sloppy head kick
and Lara counters by moving into the clinch.
Lara's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lara shoots in but no luck this time.
Grant connects with a body shot that sends Lara's belly button to the back.
Lara shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Lara gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Lara steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Grant. That one must have hurt.
Lara is breathing heavily.
Lara throws a right and a left that both miss.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lara is defended easily by Grant.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dwain Lara. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Grant lands with a nice body punch.
Grant misses with a few strikes there.
As Grant looks to move away, Lara throws a big counter combo but Grant just gets out of the way.
Grant thumps Lara with a low kick.
Avram Grant is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lara dives in and grabs Grant's left leg, looking for a takedown. Grant pushes down on Lara's head and hops out.

A solid body kick from Grant.
Grant works Lara's body with a nice hook.
Grant scores with a leg kick.
Grant lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Grant wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Grant misses with a head kick.
Lara tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Grant lands a right hook to the body.
Avram Grant seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice body punch from Grant.
Grant's corner calls for a 1-2. Grant obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Grant misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Grant throws a front kick that sends Lara stumbling back into the cage.

Lara takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Grant throws a combination. Lara tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Lara is rocked!
Grant feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Lara collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
