Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Andrea Lara (ranked 25467 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nasrat Dragunov (ranked 6066 p4p, 0 weight class). Dragunov has chosen Khusugtun Batzorig Chinggis khaan as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Sergei Dronov and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragunov looks to land a combination but Lara avoids it well.
Dragunov throws a lazy uppercut

and Lara counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Lara is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dragunov working a defensive guard but Lara passes into half guard.

Lara looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Dragunov wants to get back to his feet.

Lara controlling the pace.
Lara prevents Dragunov from improving his position.
Lara is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Dragunov is working to get back to half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Lara has control of Dragunov's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Dragunov regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Lara takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Dragunov wants to control but Lara is having none of it.

Dragunov keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Lara lands a heavy elbow.
Dragunov is wriggling around trying to escape.
Dragunov tries to lock up and control but Lara gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

The referee warns Dragunov that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Dragunov bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sloppy strikes from Lara. Those never looked like landing.
Lara is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Dragunov.

It looks like Andrea Lara has been cut.
Dragunov misses with the combination.
Dragunov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Lara with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Dragunov to score with a decent uppercut.

Lara is rocked!
Dragunov flashes Lara a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Lara's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Lara crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Dragunov punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Nasrat Dragunov!
Nasrat Dragunov decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
