Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jerome McBlonde (ranked 6185 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Tanagul (ranked 9457 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Santiago Holmes and David Hoff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBlonde throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tanagul stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
McBlonde rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tanagul moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
McBlonde is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
McBlonde throws a series of punches but Tanagul avoids them all with ease.
McBlonde smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Tanagul slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
McBlonde showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tanagul.
McBlonde appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Tanagul throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McBlonde was covering up waiting for the punch and Tanagul finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McBlonde wants to sweep here but Tanagul controlling him for the moment.

Tanagul stands and steps away. McBlonde gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
A nice leg kick lands there from McBlonde.
Tanagul ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A jab from McBlonde does it's job there.
A combination from McBlonde does no damage.
A little jabbing left from Tanagul on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Tanagul closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming McBlonde to the mat! McBlonde manages to get full guard.

McBlonde is working an open guard so Tanagul takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Tanagul throws a series of punches but McBlonde avoids them all with ease.
McBlonde lands with a kick to the ribs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McBlonde connects with a jab.
A slow jab from McBlonde misses its intended target.

Tanagul drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
McBlonde might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
McBlonde tries to buck Tanagul off but Tanagul is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tanagul prevents McBlonde from escaping the position.

Tanagul decides to stand back up.
McBlonde throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
As McBlonde backs off Tanagul throws a huge counter combo but McBlonde manages to avoid it all.
Tanagul just misses with a punch to the body.

Tanagul shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches McBlonde napping and manages to drive through into side control!

McBlonde is looking for a sweep.

Tanagul has an Americana. McBlonde didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Tanagul is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Tanagul hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
