Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Loki Aoki (ranked 2463 p4p, 296 weight class) and Carter Martin (ranked 3238 p4p, 364 weight class). Aoki's entrance music is KAANCEPTS. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Loki Aoki!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

19 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Carter Martin!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice jab there from Martin.
A left and a right from Martin both land. Nice combination.
Martin feints and then cracks Aoki's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Aoki down.
Martin swings widly with a right hand
and Aoki counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Aoki takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Martin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Aoki moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Oooooh!!! Aoki has knocked Martin down with a huge combo! Aoki steps away and waves a wobbly Martin back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Martin is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Aoki keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Aoki swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Aoki punishes Martin's body with a nice straight punch.
Aoki throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Martin counters with a nice uppercut.
Aoki throws a right and a left that Martin avoids nicely.
Martin throws a fast counter high kick but Aoki manages to duck under it in time.
Aoki lands with a shot to the body.
Martin looks winded!
BOOM! Aoki lands a beautiful left hook that drops Martin. Martin tries to recover but Aoki is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Martin lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Loki Aoki!
A less than humble Loki Aoki misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
