Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naor Yozem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sims kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Metallica - Enter Sandman . Yozem comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Chris Cornell - You Know My Name kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yozem throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Yozem keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Sims fails to land the takedown.

Yozem closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Yozem moves into full mount! Sims won't be happy about that!

Yozem goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Sims is on top in guard.

Yozem is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Yozem scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Sims tries to keep at a distance but Yozem has taken the fight into the clinch.

Yozem is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Sims can't fight it off and eventually Yozem manages to take the fight to the floor. Sims looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Yozem shoots in but Sims avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sims clobbers Yozem with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Yozem connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

and Yozem counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Yozem postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Yozem drops back looking for a leg! Sims is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Sims manages to kick Yozem off! Yozem jumps back into Sims's guard.

Yozem drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sims manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Yozem has Sims in his guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Yozem is looking for a triangle but Sims pushes his legs off easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sims tries to bum rush Yozem with a series of wild strikes but Yozem uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
