Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, John Dexter !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Santo Luvic!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dexter tries to clinch but Luvic moves out of range.
Dexter tries to sprawl but Luvic drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Luvic sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Dexter defending well though.
Dexter wants to control but Luvic is keeping busy.
Luvic throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Luvic not doing much here.
Luvic is trying to control. Dexter wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Luvic drops an elbow to the side of Dexter 's head.

Luvic with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Dexter has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Luvic is looking to advance position but Dexter won't allow it.
Luvic looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Luvic is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Luvic is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dexter has managed to free his arm - good work.
Luvic moves into full mount! Dexter won't be happy about that!

Dexter tries to hold on but Luvic pushes him away.
Luvic sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dexter is in a horrible position here. Luvic smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Dexter keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Luvic looking to control and managing it successfully.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Luvic with shots to the head and body - Dexter looks very uncomfortable down there.
Dexter wants to control but Luvic is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Luvic swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
