Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Ron Honeybunn and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dryll sizes up Yelats with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Yelats on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
It looks like King Yelats has been cut.
Yelats misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dryll lands the left hand.
Sloppy strikes from Dryll. Those never looked like landing.
Dryll bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Yelats's head backwards.
Some wild striking there from Dryll.
Yelats will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

It seemed like Dryll was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Dryll throws a right and a left that both miss.
Yelats tries to close the distance and clinch but Dryll swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dryll lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Yelats takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
A left and a right from Dryll both land. Nice combination.
Yelats shoots in looking for a takedown. Dryll tries to sprawl out of it but Yelats keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dryll manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Dryll creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Yelats with a big uppercut! Yelats tries to clinch up but Dryll pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Yelats to the mat! Yelats covers up and Dryll unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Evan Dryll was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
