Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Prince Kinney (ranked 25383 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Keenan (ranked 6037 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Prince Kinney!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jason Keenan!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Keenan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kinney looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Kinney is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Keenan wants to control but Kinney is keeping him busy.
Kinney tries to get back to half guard but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Keenan wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Kinney, who protects the arm well.
Kinney really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Keenan tries to move to mount but Kinney blocks the move with his legs.
Keenan happy to just control the position for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kinney gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Keenan in particular looking to stall.

Keenan decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Kinney is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Keenan is working Kinney over with some ground and pound from side control.
Keenan tries to advance to mount but can't.
Keenan wants to control but Kinney is keeping him busy.
Kinney is looking to reverse the position.
Keenan lands a nice forearm strike.

Keenan looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Kinney throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Kinney fails in his attempt to clinch.
Keenan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Keenan tries to keep at a distance but Kinney has taken the fight into the clinch.
Kinney has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Keenan tightens his grip and picks Kinney up, before dumping him to the ground. Kinney manages to land in guard.
Kinney has control of Keenan's left arm, preventing Keenan from doing any damage.
Kinney wants to get back to his feet but Keenan is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Keenan is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Keenan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kinney is keeping the position for now.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Keenan is still trying to improve position.

Kinney pushes Keenan off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Keenan shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Ground and pound from Keenan.
Kinney is looking to escape.
Kinney has hold of Keenan's hands but Keenan slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Kinney throws a strike from the bottom but Keenan passes into side control!
Kinney is not in a great position here, taking some shots.


Kinney is rocked!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Keenan is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kinney will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Oh Kinney is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kinney is trying to get back to his feet.
Keenan controls the position.
It looks like Keenan might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Kinney tries to escape but Keenan is in control.
Keenan moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Keenan decides to stand back up. Keenan steps back and let's Kinney get back to his feet.
Keenan throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kinney counters with a two punch combo.
Prince Kinney is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Keenan clinches.
Kinney seems to have got his legs back now.
Kinney tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Keenan just stands there and leans against the cage.
Kinney misses with a hook to the ribs.
Keenan landing knees to the body.
Kinney wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Keenan's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Keenan looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Kinney!
Kinney bucks up and tries to throw Keenan off but instead Keenan has got his back!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jason Keenan dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!

Keenan gets a clinch.

Keenan lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Kinney is trying to escape back to his feet but Keenan uses the scramble to pass into side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Kinney is trying to get back to his feet.
Kinney wants to control but Keenan postures up.
Jason Keenan has got the better of the ground game so far.
Keenan landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Kinney stops Keenan from passing to mount.
Keenan connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Kinney some visible discomfort.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Keenan working away.
Kinney wants to get back to his feet.

Keenan is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Kinney has escaped the position, nice work there.

Kinney can't do much from the bottom here.
Keenan is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Kinney's shoulder. That is not cool.
Kinney is trying to control Keenan's posture but Keenan avoids it.
Kinney is looking to reverse the position.
Kinney wants to get back to his feet but Keenan drags him back down.
Kinney is trying to escape the position but Keenan is controlling the position.
Kinney is not content to let Keenan control the position.
Kinney tries to buck Keenan off but Keenan is having none of it.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Kinney tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Keenan easily slips into full mount!
Keenan wants to control the pace but Kinney is squirming around nicely.
Keenan looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Keenan lands a big elbow - Kinney is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Kinney is forced to tap out!
