The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bataev gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Van Antwerpen counters with a one-two to the body.
Bataev avoids the head kick by Van Antwerpen.
Bataev tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
No luck for Bataev with that takedown attempt.
Van Antwerpen has closed the distance and engaged Bataev in a clinch.
