Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shane Weiss (ranked 25510 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ondrej Plesoun (ranked 5969 p4p, 259 weight class). Ondrej Plesoun will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plesoun connects with a good right hand that stumbles Weiss. Weiss circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
A lazy body kick from Plesoun
and Weiss counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Plesoun scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Weiss looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Plesoun fails to land with a series of punches.
Weiss could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Plesoun gets tackled into the cage by Weiss. Weiss maintains the clinch.

Plesoun breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Weiss doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Weiss dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Weiss gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Weiss manages to break the clinch.
Plesoun lands with a shot to the body.
Weiss on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Plesoun scores with a jab.

Weiss is rocked!
Weiss bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! Plesoun comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Weiss falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Weiss was out before he hit the floor!
