The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
nigro fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Palermo misses with a few strikes there.
jesus nigro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
nigro doesn't manage to clinch there - Palermo circles away.
Palermo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but nigro moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

nigro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Palermo's waist but nigro gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing nigro off to one side.
