Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Viktor Lagutenko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaJoneses tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mister Man swivels and escapes.
Mister Man gets a takedown into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Mister Man lands a nice short elbow.
Mister Man uses his free foot to push down on LaJoneses's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for LaJoneses.
Mister Man cracks LaJoneses with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
It looks like Loopey LaJoneses has been cut.

Horrible takedown attempt by LaJoneses or perhaps it was just good defense by Mister Man, which made it look bad.

Mister Man tries to hold on but LaJoneses pushes him away.
LaJoneses lands a big shot there that rocks Mister Man but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

LaJoneses is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Mister Man can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

LaJoneses can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mister Man is looking to escape.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
LaJoneses tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
LaJoneses lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Mister Man tries to close the distance and clinch but LaJoneses swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
LaJoneses shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mister Man as he avoids it easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

LaJoneses feints and as Mister Man raises his hands in defense, LaJoneses changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Loopey LaJoneses has got the better of the ground game so far.

Well LaJoneses has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
