PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Elijah Pitakaka (ranked 3789 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazekage Gaara (ranked 9203 p4p, 0 weight class). Pitakaka comes into the arena with my dick blaring out of the sound system. Elijah Pitakaka has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaara shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pitakaka as he avoids it easily.
Pitakaka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gaara shoots in and drives through. Pitakaka sprawls well.
Pitakaka throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Kazekage Gaara has been cut.
That kick from Pitakaka tenderised Gaara's leg. Gaara is trying to keep his angry face on.
Pitakaka dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gaara. That did some damage!
Pitakaka throws a body shot but no joy.
Pitakaka tries to land a leg kick but Gaara saw it coming and moves away.

and Gaara counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Gaara.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pitakaka feints and then cracks Gaara's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gaara down.

Gaara misses with a takedown attempt - Pitakaka sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Gaara takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pitakaka throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Gaara.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Pitakaka - that will leave a mark!
Gaara has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Pitakaka.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gaara's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

and Pitakaka counters with a head kick. That will keep Gaara thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

The cut above Kazekage Gaara's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Gaara is breathing heavily.
Pitakaka comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Both fighters circling a little - Pitakaka finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Gaara takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Elijah Pitakaka is winning the standup battle so far.
Pitakaka thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Gaara if he has to take too many more of those.
Pitakaka throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Pitakaka slips a jab and a cross from Gaara.

Kazekage Gaara's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

A less than humble Elijah Pitakaka misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
