The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hombre shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Hombre looks to land a combination but Immortal avoids it well.
Immortal gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Hombre counters with a three punch combo that has Immortal backing up. Immortal nods at Hombre to acknowledge the strikes.

and Hombre connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Hombre counters with a left and a right that stings Immortal.

Immortal is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Immortal takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Hombre throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Immortal stumbling backwards into the cage! Immortal bounces back off the cage towards Hombre, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Hombre lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Hombre celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
