Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Milo CroCop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JR Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). CroCop comes to the cage accompanied by the Final Countdown - Europe. CroCop has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
CroCop fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
CroCop throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Velasquez takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

CroCop clinches.
CroCop landing some nice looking knees to the body.

Velasquez can't find room to land a body shot as CroCop controls the action.
CroCop with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

CroCop is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Velasquez pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Velasquez struggles to land a body shot inside as CroCop controls his hands.

Velasquez goes for a takedown attempt but CroCop pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from CroCop lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Velasquez has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Velasquez and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Velasquez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? CroCop is fending him off so far but Velasquez persists. Nope, CroCop circles away and we're back to standing.
Velasquez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
CroCop wants to clinch but Velasquez slips to the side

and Velasquez counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in CroCop's guard now.

Velasquez is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! CroCop is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! CroCop has escaped and now he's on top!

Velasquez looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Velasquez has an active guard here but CroCop has managed to pass into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
CroCop seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
