Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Sims (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vim Fweigo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice jab there from Fweigo.
Fweigo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sims.
Fweigo throws a right hand that Sims ducks under and follows up with a left that Sims also avoids with ease.
Fweigo cracks Sims with a good jab.
Fweigo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sims was well out of range. Poor timing from Fweigo.
Fweigo looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sims looks to land a right hand but Fweigo moved out of range.
Sims looks for a takedown but Fweigo sprawls well.
Sims fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Fweigo misses with a jab, cross combination.
Fweigo misses with a series of wild punches.
Fweigo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fweigo cracks Sims with a right hand to the side of the head.

Fweigo stuffs the takedown attempt from Sims. Sims gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dennis Sims. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sims moves in looking to clinch but Fweigo pushes him off.
Sims fails to land the takedown.
Vim Fweigo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fweigo connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Fweigo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Fweigo throws a right hand that Sims ducks under and follows up with a left that Sims also avoids with ease.

Sims dodges the punch combination from Fweigo.

Fweigo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Sims shoots in looking for a takedown. Fweigo tries to sprawl out of it but Sims keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fweigo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fweigo misses with a double jab.
Fweigo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Nice takedown defense from Fweigo. No joy for Sims on that attempt.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Sims. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Fweigo moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Fweigo fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Fweigo tries to bum rush Sims with a series of wild strikes but Sims uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sims clinches up against the cage.
Sims fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Sims tries for a takedown but Fweigo manages to get underhooks.
Fweigo wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Sims jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fweigo walks away with a smile on his face. Sims gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Fweigo throws a nice looking combination but Sims bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A combination from Fweigo does no damage.
Fweigo looks gassed!
Fweigo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fweigo misses with an uppercut. Sims saw that one coming.
Sims changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fweigo tries to avoid it but Sims manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fweigo to the ground. Fweigo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sims closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fweigo circles away.
Fweigo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fweigo throws a right and a left that Sims avoids nicely.
Sims fails in his attempt to clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Sims gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Fweigo.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Fweigo! Sims is backing up but he can't get away as Fweigo lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Sims and ends the fight. Great knockout.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Vim Fweigo!
